Shipping your parcel

Parcels are usually dispatched within 2 days of receiving payment. They are shipped via UPS with a tracking number and delivered without signature. Parcels can also be shipped via UPS Extra and delivered against signature. Please contact us before choosing this option, as it involves additional charges. Whichever shipping method you choose, we send you a link to track your parcel online.

Shipping costs include handling and packing charges as well as postage. Handling charges are fixed, while transport charges vary with the total weight of the parcel. We recommend that you group all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two separately placed orders, and shipping charges apply to each of them. Your parcel is shipped at your own risk, but particular care is taken with fragile items.

The box sizes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
